T N T's Gentle Giants agrees to sell Male/FemaleGreatDane.

The consideration for this sale is a deposit in the sum of 100.00. The balance for the puppy is due before or upon delivery and possession by the buyer or it's agent.
The title of ownership and the right of registration for any dog sold under this agreement remains with the seller until full payment has been made by the buyer. Seller agrees to provide the buyer with documents necessary to register said dog when paid in full or the day the said dog is picked up.
Said dog may be examined by a veterinarian of the buyers choice at the buyers expense, within 48 hours of the purchase and/ or possession by the buyer or it's agent. All terms of this sale are final after 48 hours. or if the buyer waives such examination, Seller warranties said dog against hip dysplasia, patella luxationand proven genetic(not congenital)defects. Should said dog be determined by buyers veterinarian the buyer may elect one of the following options:
- Return the above mentioned dog to the Seller and receive full credit of the purchase toward another dog of equal value. Buyer may select from others currently available or from succeeding litters of the Seller. No cash refunds will be given.
- Retain the above mentioned dog and be given partail credit towards the purchase of another dog available from the seller upon vet certification the animal has been spayed or neutered.
The above described Dane is Pet/Companion, Meaning the dog is not warranted as a show potential puppy. The Seller does not guarantee the temperament of this Dane because it is the responsibility on the new owner to properly socialize and train. The Seller does not guarantee against skin problems such as acne, demodectic mange, etc. The Seller does not guarantee the ears to stand as it is the responsibility of the new ownerto properly tape and train then to stand if you decide to have your dog ears clipped. No warranties or guarantees apply to health related problems caused by nutrition or care, nor and accident or illness not contracted before delivery or possession. No veterinarian expenses, quarantine, freight or shipping charges, etc., will be paid by the Seller.
Buyer agrees and binds themselves to take good and reasonable care of the dog, Control the dog on lead when off the premises, feed and house properly and control the dog on premises through use of an appropraite fence to avoid loss by theft, running away, etc. and promptly give secure the best attention to the physical welfare of the dog.
Seller has caused the dog to be immunized as follows:

This agreemnet is being signed in Lawerance County, Arkansas and is where jurisdiction remains should any legal dispute arise.
